As indication for IVB injection has increased there is much more problem for patient to do IVB in both eyes in different secession .about 2 years ago it was decided to do IVB Simultaneously and 800 patient were done some one up to eight times.

3minut after tetacaine and betadine 5% drops in sitting position the patient was asked to look down. The upper lid was hold up by someone .the prepared injection was injected in estimated position 3-4 mm far from super temporal limbus. Then the lid was closed and massage was done gently over upper lid.one drop of betadine 5% is installed .no medication was used after. The vision was checked at list for tight perception and asked to come soon if any problematic sign faced.

No more complication in compared with conventional method.no need for operation room.no patient dress change.no speculum, cotton tip applicator, nor measurement instrument.

It is easy, economic, time consuming and much more comfortable for patient and surgeon with no more risk.
